  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Local Shipping (Nigeria)

  • Standard Delivery: 3-15 business days
  • Express Delivery: Same day or next day (available in select cities)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–15 business days
  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

 

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Big Bash is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier and notify us immediately.

 

  1. Incorrect Addresses
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
  • Big Bash is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

 

  1. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  3. Our team will assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Changes to orders (address changes, product modifications, cancellations) can only be made before processing.
