- Shipping Costs

- Customs, Duties & Taxes

- Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

- A tracking number (where available)
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
- Big Bash is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received.
- If your package is missing, please contact the carrier and notify us immediately.
- Incorrect Addresses
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
- Big Bash is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
- Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and product.

- Our team will assist with a replacement or refund.
- Order Changes
- Changes to orders (address changes, product modifications, cancellations) can only be made before processing.
- Once shipped, no modifications can be applied.
